Aeternaink Return & Exchange Policy

At Aeternaink, every wooden carved lamp is handcrafted with care, precision, and artistic dedication. We aim to ensure that every customer receives a piece that meets our high standards of quality. This Return & Exchange Policy outlines the rules and procedures for returning or exchanging products purchased from Aeternaink.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To qualify for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
• The request must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the product.
• The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
• All included accessories, certificates, and protective materials must be returned.
• Items that show signs of wear, modification, or improper handling may not be eligible.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, certain items cannot be returned or exchanged, including:
• Custom-made or personalized lamps
• Requests made after the 14-day period
• Items damaged due to misuse or unauthorized repairs
• Products purchased through third-party marketplaces without verified proof of purchase

3. Handcrafted Variations

Each Aeternaink lamp is individually carved by hand. Natural variations in wood grain, color, or carving details are normal and celebrated as part of the artisanal process. These variations are not considered defects and are not eligible reasons for return or exchange.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective due to shipping or production issues, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide clear photos or videos of the issue and the packaging. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or a refund at no extra cost to you.

5. How to Request a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange:
1. Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for the request.
2. Await approval and return instructions.
3. Carefully repackage the product and ship it to the address provided.
4. After the item is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange within 5–10 business days.

6. Return Shipping Costs

• If the return is due to damage, defect, or a mistake on our part, Aeternaink will cover the return shipping cost.
• If the return is due to personal preference (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.

7. Refund Processing

Refunds will be issued through the original payment method only. Depending on your bank or payment provider, the refund may take an additional 3–7 business days to appear in your account.

8. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are approved based on product availability. If the requested item is not in stock, customers may choose an alternative product or request a refund instead. Additional costs or price differences may apply depending on the exchanged item.

9. Lost, Stolen, or Unclaimed Packages

Aeternaink is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after successful delivery confirmation. For unclaimed packages returned to us, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
